Damaged or wrong on arrival

Tell us within seven days with a photograph and we replace it or refund in full. Damage in transit is our problem, not yours.

Unopened and unused

An unopened vial can be returned within fourteen days for a refund less outbound shipping, provided the seal and batch label are intact.

Opened material

Cannot be returned. Once a vial is opened we can no longer guarantee its identity and purity, and reselling it would make the certificate meaningless.
